Ministry of Education answers to Shelley Martel
This 2005 document provides October 31, 2003 numbers of children with autism in schools. 4,174 were receiving ISA 2 ($12,000 per year), 2,653 received ISA 3 ($27,000 per year) and 140 children received Special Incidence Portion (SIP--$27,000 per year in addition to ISA 3).

Comparing ABA to other "eclectic" interventions
This study was done by a team led by Jane Howard of Cal State Stanislaus. It compares the effectiveness of Applied Behavioural Analysis with other interventions for teaching children with autism.
